Sparkling Illustrations
LOVE these sparkly fashion illustrations by artist Katie Rodgers. I've always been passionate about fashion design and illustration, stemming from a summer I spent taking classes at FIT with my friend Laura - who actually works in the Fashion industry today! Over the years my interests shifted more into graphic design (as seen by my current career) but every now and then I go back to it.
Here you can read Katie's take on how to succeed in the fashion illustration industry. Woo!

Missed Connections
If you're not already familiar with Sophie Blackall's Missed Connections illustrations - you should get acquainted. She does a beautiful job of bringing to life those fleeting first encounters of love an awkwardness. (As seen above)
