Hooray for birthdays! One giant shout out goes to my lovely mother seen above (happy, then fake yelling at me). The other goes to my Uncle Brian - who's been more like a brother to me over the years and is probably wondering where in the hell I found this picture :)

I have BIG plans to do nothing tonight (basically all weekend) and I couldn't be happier. I can think of no better way to ring in my 26th year than with Mike, a few movies, and a whole lotta relaxing! I'm also toying with the idea of treating myself to a massage :)

I'd like to say Happy Birthday(!!) to Ralph Caggiano. A man who is not only an all-star fisherman, but one badass Dad! Love you!

Tonight I have my second sculpting class at Choplet in Williamsburg. Last week was the introduction where we got skilled on the basics of hand molding. Tonight we move to the wheel and I'm dying to try it!

Tomorrow I'm heading up to Buffalo with Mike, my brother Danny, and his two friends to visit my other brother Bobby at college. We're going to indulge in a serious amount of buffalo wings and party like its 2007.

Mike and I are really excited to get out of the city, and I'm thinking it's going to be a really great weekend. Hope the same for all of you!

I'm rejoicing that it's actually Friday considering I spent the better part of yesterday thinking today would be Saturday. Don't you hate when that happens?

It is my dear friend Erin's birthday! (Happy Birthday Err!) So, we'll be meandering around the city tonight and then meeting up for brunch tomorrow for all sorts of celebrating :)

I also have high hopes for more cooking, possibly baking (!?), and cozying up for an afternoon in Prospect Park.

Today is my good friend Killian's birthday (Happy Birthday Kill! - Woo!) so a few of us are meeting for a celebratory cocktail after work.

Tomorrow I'm debating between brunch, some kind of festival, and a whole lotta' nothing! Not sure which is winning at this point but it's def. going to be a close call.

I think it's a combination of Mike being back, the weather getting nicer, and the fact that I just watched this video:



There's nothing cuter than a bunch of needy puppies! Am I right!?

So yea,  Spring is in the process of being sprung and I can't wait to change up my outfits.
I think I've been doing a little too much jeans and not enough this:

1. Necklace*; 2. Sunglasses; 3. Shoes; 4. Bag; 5. Dress

(*I'm usually not a chunky accessories person, but maybe it's time to change that up too??)

Later:

I have family birthdays galore this weekend so we're all coming together on Sunday for dinner and cake to celebrate. Until then, I'll be crafting up some birthday cards and wrapping things.

As for my social activities, we'll see what unfolds :)
